Flash quiz program

A Flash quiz program is needed. A quiz consists of 1 or more pieces of text and the texts contains one more multiple choice questions, or open questions. The data for the text could be different. These texts can be in 4 different languages, 3 different levels, 9 years and 2 timeperiods. The flashapplication must be scorm ready (scores needs to be saved into a LMS, Moodle). Every scormpackage at the and contains a different data set.
If open questions, then the user must type his anwers, in the feedback the correct answer is shown. The user should assign the points himself. This is not the case with multiple choice questions, the program assigns the points. When feedback is given, parts of the text which are needed for the feedback should be highlighted.
It should be possible to zoom the text; print the text. A small dictionary must be available.
