Walking turtle

Job Description:

I have a client who is looking for a Flash intro along the following idea:

"Flash animation of this turtle actually walking through the gate as the doors swing open."

What can you do guys n'gals? I already have a high quality .psd and .ai image (jpg watermarked sample uploaded here) which should be used for the basis of the animation.

This is the first flash project I have posted, so I need it to be the best possible, but at the very best price! Funds are low for this one, but much more work will follow for sure.
