High-End Japanese Restaurant Interior Designer

I need an experienced interior designer to create a full design for a new high-end Japanese restaurant located in North Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Space details: Total area: ~198 sqm (10.85m × 18.3m) Existing service core (kitchen/back-of-house) in the lower central section Main entrance: 3.7m wide at the front Three initial concept directions have already been developed: Modern Omakase — luxury U-shaped sushi counter as the focal point Wabi-Sabi Garden — indoor Zen garden, tatami rooms, shoji dividers Modern Izakaya — vibrant social space with main bar and open kitchen The designer is welcome to develop one of these concepts or propose a completely new direction. Deliverables required: Detailed floor plan and zoning layout High-quality 3D renderings (minimum 5 views) Mood board and full FF&E schedule Lighting and electrical layout recommendations To apply, please provide: Portfolio focused on restaurant or high-end commercial interiors A brief (2 paragraphs max) sharing your initial vision and which concept inspires you most, or pitch your own idea Preliminary quotation for the design phase We are looking for a creative partner, not just a contractor.
