Do you want login by mobile OTP or email/password? Will users upload multiple photos per ad or just 1–2? Do you need admin to approve ads before they go live? I’ve done similar listing apps before. Hi, this is Ambar Shome, I work independently but also run Shome & Associates for larger projects. I’d build this in Flutter… one code for Android + iOS, easier to manage later. App will have 2 main sections (property + vehicles), both using same structure so it stays simple. Users can post, edit, delete their ads. Dashboard will be clean… nothing complex. Login via OTP (simple for users). Images will upload to cloud storage (not app server), keeps app light. Basic search + filters (price, location, type). Simple caching so listings load fast. Admin panel on web to review/remove ads. Push notifications only for important actions (like response or approval). Limit number of posts per user to avoid spam. UI I’ll keep clean and familiar… like OLX type, easy to use. Not over-designed. I’ll also help with Play Store + App Store upload. One small thing we can decide early… keep chat inside app or just show phone number? Chat inside app or direct contact only? (A/B)
