Flutter for both Android and iOS from one codebase is the right call for BG AI, and I would back it - it is my kind of build and it halves the cost and maintenance versus two native apps, which for an app built around AI features you will keep iterating on matters a lot. The two things that decide whether an AI-multimedia app for creators succeeds are worth naming up front. First, the AI features have to be genuinely useful and fast - creators abandon a tool the moment it is slow or the output is mediocre - so the AI work (generation, editing, whatever the "rich multimedia tools" are) needs to be built well and, importantly, with the cost per use controlled, because AI features can quietly become unaffordable at scale if the architecture is naive. Second, media handling on mobile: images and especially video are heavy, so upload, processing and playback have to be smooth on a real phone on a real connection, not just in a demo. So I would want to pin down which AI tools specifically - that is the heart of the product - and build one of them end to end first, so you can put it in a creator's hands and see if it lands before the whole app is built on top.
