Sales Team Tracking & Orders App

I’m rolling out a single, integrated application that lets my sales team capture every market visit on-site while giving me real-time visibility from both mobile and desktop. The build must run natively on iOS and Android; the same data should also be viewable on any PC through a lightweight web panel or desktop wrapper. Core workflow • Location tracking for every market visit so I can review routes, check-ins and timestamps. • Order management: create, edit and confirm orders on the spot, with stock and price look-ups. • Payment processing: record collections immediately against each customer. • Overdue-days tracker that flags outstanding balances automatically. • Material dispatching: mark items shipped, partially shipped or pending, and attach delivery proofs. • “Other materials” section for any additional product data we may decide to push later. Technical expectations The mobile side can be built in Flutter, React Native or similar cross-platform stack as long as performance is smooth offline and syncs the moment connectivity returns. GPS accuracy, encrypted local storage, role-based logins and a simple REST/GraphQL backend are all must-haves. The PC view should mirror the same database, preferably through a browser dashboard with export options (CSV, PDF) so I can analyse visits, orders and payments without extra software. Deliverables 1. Source code for mobile app (iOS & Android) and desktop/web panel. 2. Backend with database schema and API documentation. 3. Installation guide plus a short video walk-through of key screens. 4. Final build files ready for TestFlight, Google Play internal testing and a Windows/Mac installer or URL for PC access. Acceptance criteria • GPS logs accurate to at least 50 m. • Orders, payments and dispatch entries syncing in under 10 s on 4G. • Dashboard renders without errors on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. • All features pass UAT scripts we will supply. Once the first stable version is signed off I’ll look at ongoing feature work, but for now I just need a solid MVP that ticks every box above.
