Your main task is to create distinctive, scalable flavor systems for both product types—nothing off-the-shelf, all original work. I’m especially interested in concepts that lean toward natural ingredients, but I’m open to blended solutions if they serve the profile and remain cost-effective. Here’s what I need from you: • Two or more complete flavor formulations for each beverage style, supplied with usage rates, processing notes, and any stability or regulatory considerations. • Advice on sweetener pairing, acid balance, and masking where required. • A short report outlining pilot-batch steps so I can brief the co-packer with confidence. All work can be done remotely; I can supply target sensory briefs, current base formulas, and sample references as soon as we start.
