Forced live chat application
Looking for an application (and implementation) of live chat product that would launch a live web based chat application first on client side (customer service) and then the ability for customer service to then force the chat window on the customer if nessesary.
basically looking to develop a way to immediatly contact customers who have credit cards rejected i.e. they land on an error or rejected card page, must be able to easily switch on and off.
Only interested in suppliers who have experience in a FORCED live chat application. Must provide sample links (demos ).
