Business Email Data Analysis

I'm looking to acquire the original time and date stamp of business emails for data analysis purposes. The scope of the project is not only limited to just the time and date stamps, but extends to analyzing the entire content of these emails as well. Suitable freelancers would be highly experienced in data extraction and analysis with knowledge about email systems and data. There are two drawings in email as well that if posable original time and date to be found. The ability to handle sensitive business information confidentially would be highly beneficial. Please supply full report on both attachments and are the drawings made in Cad or what software. i thing the time line on them are about 4 months out as back dated to dates on emails. Thanks Ren
