Freelancer Website Modifications

Please read the details of this project completely before bidding. I am a web designer/developer myself so I understand the work/costs associated with this project. I am looking for someone who can complete this work with high quality and at a reasonable price. Successful completion of this project could definitely lead to future work. I am not doing this myself because I have so many other projects going on as it is. I have a php template for a freelancer website (just like GAF) that I need to have modified. I would like some of the features changed and some modifications to the look of the template. Generally, I would like to it function like GAF.
