Plan: a workflow pass first, one role at a time, patient booking through lab result through pharmacy through billing, logging every dead button and broken handoff, then fix by severity, then a regression run before handover. Taking over a mostly generated codebase is a different job from building one. The hard part isn't adding features, it's finding the places where a button looks wired up but the backend never finishes the write, and a healthcare system with patient, doctor, reception, lab, pharmacy and admin roles has a lot of those seams. My background is 8 years of software engineering across more than 60 delivered contracts, with bug fixing and integration work in Python, JavaScript and TypeScript, REST APIs and webhooks, on Django, FastAPI, Flask and Node.js with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and Docker. I also do web application security audits against the OWASP Top 10, which maps directly onto your authentication, sessions and role permission review. One question first: what stack did the generator produce, and is there a staging deployment with a test account for each role? That answer decides how I'd scope the end-to-end testing pass, since booking, payment, refund and rescheduling flows each need to be walked from every role's side. Thamer
