The goal is to create a unified UI/UX that works seamlessly as a Web Application, a Windows Desktop Application (.exe), and a Mobile Application (Android/iOS). Key Features Required: PDF Tools: Merge, Split, Compress, Rotate, and Protect (Password). Conversion: PDF to Word/Excel/Image and vice versa. UI/UX: Modern, clean, and minimalist "Drag & Drop" interface (similar to SmallPDF). Cross-Platform Compatibility: Web: Fully responsive [login to view URL] application. Desktop: Windows executable (.exe) using Electron.js. Mobile: Hybrid app using Capacitor or React Native. Performance: High-speed client-side processing where possible to save server costs.
