Help with a crowdsourcing plan

I was suffering from trauma induced arthritis and wanted a chemical free product to relieve my discomfort and facilitate in healing the condition. My experimentation with essential oils seemed to offer the most hopeful way to go and I took it. Two years later I had perfected a blend of essential oil that was a game changer. Not only did my blend of oils work for fast pain relief, it also removed ache, alleviated sinus issues and much more. Due to "Food and Drug Administration" regulations I cannot make claims about my product. Only products that have been classified as a drug by the FDA can advertise claims such as fast pain reliever, removes stress, etc. on their packaging. The $450,00.00 would be used to file an application for approval of Mind Body Soul Oil as a new drug with the FDA, mount an effective advertising campaign without claims, and last but not least, to acquire a larger facility and new production equipment to meet the anticipated national demand for Mind Body Soul Oil.
