My flat needs a cohesive, modern makeover across three key spaces—living room, kitchen and bedroom—all tied together with a calm, neutral palette of whites, greys and soft taupes. Scope of work • Develop a unifying concept and mood board that shows colours, textures and reference images for the three rooms. • Produce scaled furniture layouts and lighting plans that maximise flow and storage. • Supply realistic 3D renderings or walkthroughs so I can visualise the final look before committing to purchases. • Provide a detailed specification / shopping list with product links, dimensions and material notes so ordering is effortless. Preferred style & palette Modern is the chosen direction; clean lines, subtle tonal shifts and natural finishes should take centre stage. Bold accents are unnecessary—the scheme must stay firmly in the neutral family. Deliverables & files 1. PDF presentation of the concept boards. 2. Editable floor plans (DWG, SKP or similar) showing furniture and lighting locations. 3. High-resolution renders (JPEG/PNG) of each room from multiple angles. 4. Itemised procurement list including quantities, prices and sources. Completion of the above will wrap the project; I will review and request up to two revision rounds to fine-tune details if required.
