JOB DESCRIPTION – Suporte 3D Ajustável para Sensor Estou procurando um designer mecânico/3D experiente (Fusion 360 preferencial) para desenvolver um suporte completamente funcional para um sensor ToF Preciso somente dos arquivos 3D finais (STL + STEP), mas o projeto deve ser testado em CAD, funcional e pronto para impressão 3D. Objetivo do Projeto Criar um suporte ajustável e robusto para instalar o sensor ToF em máquinas de academia, permitindo medir a distância da pilha de pesos com precisão. O suporte deve: ✔ Fixar firmemente em diversos diâmetros de tubos (Deixar em aberto — pode ser abraçadeira 3D ou sistema universal) ✔ Permitir ajuste de posição do sensor Rotação 90° a 180° Ajuste vertical/altura Travamento firme para não se mover com vibrações ✔ Possuir área dedicada para passagem e proteção do cabo Canal ou guia interno Acesso fácil para solda ou conector Retenção para o cabo não soltar ✔ Possuir encaixe simples e seguro para o sensor Base com furos padrão do VL53L1X (dimensões fornecidas nas imagens) Opção de encaixe “slide-in” Abertura correta para “janela óptica” Referências e Arquivos Imagens de referência do conceito, modelo atual e medidas do sensor (ANEXADAS): Desenho do conceito feito à mão Fotos do suporte protótipo existente Desenho técnico com medidas do sensor Foto da máquina onde será fixado O designer deve usar essas referências como base, mas criar um suporte melhorado, mais limpo, funcional e mais universal. Requisitos Funcionais 1. Sistema de Fixação / Abraçadeira Deve permitir prender em tubos metálicos de máquinas de academia Ajuste universal (diâmetros variados) Pode ser: Abraçadeira 3D com rosca de aperto Ou sistema para usar abraçadeira metálica existente (aceito sugestões) 2. Ajuste de Ângulo Mecanismo com rosca ou trava Rotação de pelo menos 90° Estável, não pode vibrar ou soltar 3. Ajuste de Altura / Deslocamento Deve permitir posicionar o sensor mais alto ou mais baixo para se adaptar a diferentes máquinas e puxadores 4. Base do Sensor Medidas conforme diagrama técnico (fornecido) Abertura frontal limpa Fixação por encaixe facil Espaço inferior para saída do cabo 5. Passagem do Cabo Canal/slot guiando o cabo até o topo Evitar que o cabo dobre excessivamente Espaço para cabos de espessuras diferentes Sugestão: trilho lateral com tampa 6.
