A mobile game application to be introduces to engage the consumer and get him to know what's right and what's wrong when he deals with shopping places physical and online. • The game should make the consumer know what to do first when he is in any possible situation before contacting the ministry. This ranges from defected items to wrong billing. • The main target from the game is to train the consumer in a fun way to make right choices and actions when needed. • Game should have the fun factor in it and it should be rewarding. • Game should be interesting and engaging for example player collects points when they make right decision. • Game should show the right decision if player makes a wrong one also explains why it is right for example buying a non original item will have a low safety and may result in injury and death. • Example of markets in daily life "Super market, car agent, restaurant, electronic shop...etc".
