Programming ppt in 3d game

What I'm seeing of the game I'm wanting to have built: It has to be 3d and as real as possible. I want it to start off in the woods i want several trees to be set up to sell ads on i want several places like 100 hidden places to pop up with a surfing ad in it per level every 5 levels a new scene needs to take place kind of like walking out of the woodsto a small desserted town then to a little bit more populated town were the members can interact with a person and find out were these people need to go and take them there and the buildings and the cars excetra the members can buy ads on there will be 200 levels in the game i also want it set up were these members if they have no activity for 30 minutes they start over from the beginning and if they go offline and come back they start over. I also want it to be able to use the members data from my traffic exchange i want it so they can go in and out of buildings and find ads and popups for each level of the game and this has to be built with realizum in it because this is just a steping stone to find the right 3d programmers for the virtual offices ppt holds the pattens for bolth the virtual offices and and the game already and the copyrights to them i no what im looking for and no offence to second life but it is not quite as real looking as i need it to be. i also need it so the first 5 levels can be played by all members including free ones. i want the next 10 levels to be able to be played by everyone but the free members. then the next 10 levels to be able to be played by the business pro and enterprise pro only then the rest to be able to be played by the enterprise pro only so as you can see the data bases will need to be able to be accessed by the game also if i have a surfing contest i want the game included i also need the game set up to give the members the same surfing ratios and timers that the rest of ppt uses now to give you a taiste of the virtual offices i want it set up in this way it needs to be real say modern homes for example ok that is the offline business i work for we build prefab houses i want the company to be able to go in and make the inside and outside look exactly like the plant and make it so you can open doors and walk in and walk around the accual plant just as if you were at the plant so as you can see the game is a test for the real work when im ready to get to the virtual officesall this without violence in it this will be family oriented. I want to start getting this built in about 1 month.
