Help in Bratislava (Slovakia) needed: Payment of an administration fee -- 2

Hello, my diplomas need to be recognized by the Slovak ministery of education in Bratislava. Therefore I need to pay an administration fee of 5 Euros. Unfortunately ekolok does not work so I need someone who can help me and pay these 5 Euros directly in Bratislava and is able to send me the reciep via mail.
