I need a licensed surveyor to prepare an updated plat for my residential lot. The goal is simple: verify every boundary line so I can resolve a couple of fence-line questions with my neighbor. I already have previous surveys, the deed, and a copy of the subdivision map, so you will be starting with solid background material rather than from scratch.
