website content managing in German language

Hi,
we are producer of FFP2 masks. We have new online shop and we need help with:
1) translation of our webcontent English-German (we need German native speaker)
2) to increase Ranking bei Google (English and German speaking person, does not need to be native speaker)
3) to manage our Fanpage at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (in German language we are looking for English and German speaking person, does not need to be native speaker)
4) to take care of our online shop (answering emails in German language - native speaker, and in English language native speakr)
It does not have to be one person who do everyting. But for text and website content we are looking for German native speaker.
