Native ESL/EFL Ghostwriter for English Textbook

I am looking for two native ESL/EFL ghostwriter who can develop teaching materials for a copyright English textbook for Elementary/beginners/Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (CEFR A1-C1=IELTS 3.0-7.0). The project will involve writing 12 reading articles and 12 listening scripts (Lecture, Dialogue, Discussion) and then write some comprehension questions for them.
The writer must be familiar with English grammar, vocabulary, questions writing and writing styles. There will be between 15 to 17 comprehension questions for each reading and listening texts, 5 MCQs, 4 heading matching, 2 short answer, 3 fill-in the blanks, and/or 3 True/ False. The distribution of question may vary.
Workload will be divided into 12 sets. Each set will have one reading text and one listening script (lecture, dialogue or discussion) and 30-34 comprehensions questions. The writer will be provided with a document that has all the specifications for writing the reading articles and listening scripts.
Billing rate is fixed for the whole project:
( $ 300) for Beginner (A1-A2) all write up is 9,600 words: Reading articles total words (3300 words) Listening script total words (3850 words).
( $ 350) for Low Intermediate (A2-B1) all write up is 11,350 words : Reading articles total words (5400
words) Listening script total words (5950 words).
($ 450) Intermediate (B1-B2) all write up is 13,000 words: Reading articles total words (6600
words) Listening script total words (6400 words).
($ 450) Upper-Intermediate (B2 +) all write up is 14,800 words: Reading articles total words (8400
words) Listening scripts total words (6400 words).
Maximum time allotted for each level is 6 days or as agreed upon
Requirements:
1- BA or MA in English language Teaching/ Curriculum Development/ Instructional Design or any related field. CELTA/delta are a plus;
2- Experience in teaching English to ESL/EFL context, the middle east is a plus;
3- Knowledge in curriculum development;
4- Experience in writing materials for the classroom;
5- Developed English language materials for adults;
6- Familiar with CEFR levels/IELTS;
7- Uses both British and American Native English;
8- Meeting deadlines;
9- Knowledge in question-writing for reading comprehension;
Note: Those who do not have BA or MA in English Language must provide evidence of curriculum development.
