Hello, Your need is not just QA, it’s release ownership. I can take 80-90% complete projects, identify what’s genuinely blocking production, and drive them to a stable release. I work with Git/GitHub, Forgejo, CI/CD, AI coding agents, automated/manual testing, issue tracking, and deployment workflows. I’d suggest starting with a release-readiness audit: map missing functionality, reproduce critical issues, prioritize blockers, coordinate AI-assisted fixes, run end-to-end/regression checks, then deploy and validate production. My goal is simple: prioritize what matters, remove blockers, stabilize the build, and ship confidently, not keep the project stuck in development. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best, Niral

Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your project requirements, I fully understand the scope and expectations. I’m comfortable taking partially completed software through gap analysis, stabilization, QA, deployment, and final production release. For an 80–90% complete project, I first establish a release checklist and classify issues into true blockers, high-risk defects, and post-release improvements. I then reproduce blockers, coordinate or implement fixes, verify critical user journeys end-to-end, review deployment/configuration issues, and run regression checks before release. I’m particularly careful not to let cosmetic improvements or low-impact technical debt delay a stable launch. Security, data integrity, broken core flows, deployment failures, and critical regressions remain release blockers. A couple of quick questions: • What deployment environments and CI/CD tooling are currently in use? • Will I coordinate multiple AI agents/developers across several repositories simultaneously? I’m available to start immediately and can work closely with management to move projects reliably into production. Best regards, Carlos.

Hi, I recently took over a codebase that needed a clean move into GitHub, verified it, and got it stable and deployed. That kind of stabilize-and-ship work is what I do most. Clean server and move actual code folder to Github: from a 5-star Upwork contract On the release call I'd want to see the issue tracker first. My split is simple: anything that breaks the end-to-end path or risks data blocks the release, everything cosmetic or nice-to-have becomes a post-launch ticket. That keeps you from stalling on things that don't stop production. I work daily with Git, Forgejo-style flows, CI/CD, Docker, and AI coding agents. Here's a proof of that side. Secure CI Pipeline & Deterministic Ingestion: 5-star delivery Which projects are furthest along right now, and what's the current deployment target? Adil

Hi there! You need a Release Manager who can take software that is 80–90% complete and turn it into something actually ready for production—not just mark tickets as done. I’m comfortable working across development, QA, AI coding agents, Git workflows, CI/CD, deployment, and release coordination. I have experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, testing, QA, deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development. My approach is practical: first establish what is genuinely blocking release, then verify the critical user journeys end-to-end before spending time on non-critical improvements. I’ll review the current code and open issues, identify release blockers, coordinate fixes with AI coding agents and developers, run targeted tests, verify integrations and deployment configuration, and maintain a clear release checklist. Before production, I’ll validate the build in a staging environment, confirm rollback readiness, and document anything intentionally deferred. For me, a release is not “the code looks finished.” It is “the critical workflow works reliably in the environment where users will actually use it.” check our work https://www.freelancer.com/u/ayesha86664 If you share the current repository structure and release workflow, I can quickly outline how I would take the first project from its current state to production. Hey sir, my name is Ruslan and I'm thrilled to be considered for the Release Manager role. Drawing from over 10 years in Software Development and Testing, I've developed a keen ability to harmoniously bring projects through to their completion which I think makes me an excellent fit. In terms of your project description, my working knowledge of various development tools such as Git, GitHub, Forgejo, as well as CI/CD processes has allowed me to excel in managing code bases – identifying infamous 80-90% gaps that hinder a final release. My proficiency with Ai coding agents like ChatGPT and LLM helps me synergize human intelligence and AI prowess effectively. Over the course of my career, I am proud to have contributed to numerous successful software releases. This experience coupled with my strong analytical skills will prove invaluable as we identify what exactly is blocking release and what can be completed at a later stage, directing our efforts efficiently. I'm also an adept communicator and understand the importance of clear and frequent updates so you can count on having full transparency throughout your project.

Hello my name is Collins and I spent the last year at Synapticon GmbH doing exactly this work on servo-drive firmware: closing the gap between "code exists" and "release signed off." Tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab CI, Docker, pytest, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Scrum. Forgejo I haven't used, but it's a Gitea fork — the workflow maps directly onto what I already run. Shipped work: I extended a hardware-in-the-loop test framework from 120 to 300 cases and added pre-merge CI gates that cut defect leakage into main by around 40%. I built a 9-module, 4,300-LOC Python test library covering three industrial protocols, deployed into both CI and end-of-line production. I wrote the integration test plans used for firmware release sign-off under EN/IEC 61800-5-2. Blocking vs. deferrable: I triage on two axes: does it break the primary path end-to-end, and is it reversible after ship? Anything failing safety, data integrity, or the core user journey blocks. Cosmetic issues, edge cases behind flags, and internal cleanup get filed and scheduled. I've root-caused defects spanning four modules to find the one line that actually mattered. Available immediately.

Hi, I am a software release and QA engineer with 8 years of rich experience in software development, with a strong background in taking partially completed applications through stabilization, testing, deployment, and production release. I am familiar with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Linux, pytest, Playwright, automated testing, issue tracking, release workflows, Cursor, Claude Code, and AI coding agents. For your projects, I can review the remaining gaps, separate true release blockers from non-critical improvements, coordinate fixes with AI agents, verify end-to-end functionality, stabilize deployments, and push each project through production release. I have worked on web, mobile, SaaS, and API-based products and can share relevant release examples privately. I'm an individual freelancer and can work on any time zone you want. Please contact me with the best time for you to have a quick chat. Thanks. Emile.

Hello, I can help you identify and resolve the remaining gaps in the project, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production. I've worked with AI coding agents on multiple projects, including a SaaS platform where I helped stabilize the release process after an AI-assisted refactor—reducing deployment time by 30%. I'd approach this by mapping out the critical path of the release, prioritizing fixes that affect stability over non-blocking features. The biggest impact will come from removing the last few critical blockers that prevent full end-to-end testing. I provide two weeks of post-release bug fixes and improvements within the scope of the project to ensure a stable launch. If we're aligned, I'd be happy to review the current state of the project and suggest a plan for a successful release. Thanks, Lazar.

Hi there I can accurately transfer your existing website design into Figma while preserving the layout, spacing, typography, components, and responsive structure. I have 20 years of software development experience, so I can also ensure the design is practical for development and future updates. My approach Design Recreation — Recreate the existing website accurately in Figma. Components — Build reusable buttons, forms, cards, navigation, and other UI components. Typography & Spacing — Match fonts, sizes, colors, spacing, borders, and visual details. Responsive Layouts — Prepare desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts where required. Assets — Organize images, icons, logos, and other design assets properly. Developer-Ready File — Keep the Figma file clean, structured, and easy for developers to use. Quick questions 1. Do you need the complete website transferred to Figma or selected pages? 2. How many pages/screens are involved? 3. Do you have access to the original website and all required assets? 4. Do you need desktop, tablet, and mobile versions? 5. Is there an existing Figma file/design system to continue from? Share the website and requirements, and I can start with the Figma transfer. Let me know and we can jump on a quick call to discuss the project. Thanks
