Need to make Offline with Online Sync Windows+ IOS Software - POS

I need a software developer to create a Cross-platform (Windows and iOS) POS software that can be used offline and syncs online. The software should have the following features:
- POS
- Inventory Management: I need to be able to track my inventory and know when I need to restock.
- Sales Reporting: I require detailed sales reports that include information such as the number of items sold, the total revenue generated, and so on.
- Employee Management: I need to be able to manage my employees, including tracking their hours worked and their sales performance.
- Sales Report
The software should also be able to process both Credit Card and Cash payments. To be considered for this project, you should have experience developing POS software and be familiar with the following technologies:
- Windows
- iOS
If you have experience with integrating payment processing systems, that would be a plus.
( No php and asp.net systems.)
