Google Business Profile Expert

I manage reputation campaigns for several local businesses and need an experienced Google Business Profile (GBP) specialist to handle the day-to-day activity on each listing. The work centers on three core tasks: responding to every new review in an authentic, brand-aligned voice; keeping business information—hours, photos, services, attributes—accurate and fresh; and driving a steady flow of genuine new reviews through approved outreach methods. The objectives are straightforward: raise average star ratings, increase total review volume, and strengthen overall visibility in Maps and Search. I track progress closely, so a concise weekly report is required outlining all actions taken, key metrics, and next-step recommendations. Weekly deliverables • Timely, well-crafted responses to all reviews • Complete profile updates with change log • Documented review-generation activity • One-page performance report (rating, review count, visibility snapshot) Share examples of past GBP successes, the tools or automations you rely on, and how you keep responses on-brand across multiple clients. A small batch of profiles will serve as the trial run, with quick expansion for results that meet the goals above—improved ratings, more reviews, and stronger local presence.
