E-commerce - Performance Digital Marketing

We are an E-commerce based out in Italy specialized in the sales of wall and floor tiles in: IT, DE, FR & BE.
We are currently looking for someone who could help us manage our digital marketing campaigns via:
Google Ads, Facebook Campaigns, Instagram Campaigns and mail Chimp. knowledge of Google Analytics is required as well. Out objective is to have ROI positive campaigns starting from IT and DE for then scaling it across markets.
The person in charge of the campaigns will also be responsabile for creating the creative assets needed in order to set up display campaigns.
Ideally we would need an Italian Speaker, but english speakers are fine as well.
