Google Ads Scripts & Bing Ads Script - Same Actions

Hello, We need code for both Google Ads Scripts & Bing Ads Script. Here is the logic we would like to do: 1) If account spend is over $350 amount - pause 100% of campaigns. 2) At 12:01 AM on the new/next day, re-enable the campaigns that were just paused (not all campaigns) 3) Send an email to "sample @ [login to view URL]" upon each change (pause/re-enable - with a summary of the changes). You can use existing code online, or write the code from scratch. However, we would like clean code, so no extra code not needed within the scripts. Please submit your hourly rate and let us know an estimate on the number of hours it will take and the strategy you will use (write the code yourself, or use existing code and edit it). Thanks.
