Job Description:
The Digital Analyst is responsible for providing insights to business through digital data analysis and
leveraging and maintaining digital tools, supporting in taking over ad-hoc digital data reporting activities.
The Digital Analyst is part of our Offshore team and can either dedicated serve a BU, Region or Market,
or the role reports to the Global Central Commercial Data & Analytics team and will serve the different
business flexibly based on the required demand.
Job Responsibilities
Supports the business with executing operational work focusing on digital data & analytics
Analyses data sets and interprets the results of the analysis to meaningful outcomes for the
business
Performs Social Media listening analysis including maintenance of segment definitions in
Talkwalker
Sets up new projects in Talkwalker and updates reoccurring reports
Performs SEO activities with Brightedge and SEMRush
Executes Web Analytics activities through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Creates reports using Google Data Studio Report using different sources (Galderma, Facebook,
Instagram, other)
Runs ad-hoc reports in Talkwalker, Brightedge and SEMRush
Build training material
Ensure effective user management of Digital Tools (GA, GTM, SEMRush, TalkWalker, etc.)
Minimum Requirements
University Degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science or comparable
5+ years’ experience as a Digital Analyst, preferably supporting international pharma/ technology
companies
Proficient with Excel and SQL
Proficient in analyzing data using Talkwalker, Brightedge, SEMRush and Google tools (Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and PowerBI preferred
Successful track record in preparing data and querying databases
Strong visual skills to represent analyses and findings to the business in a compelling way
Good communication skills to present analyses and findings to the business
Proactivity and ability to understand requirements from the business
