Google Workspace Setup & Migration

I need my organisation’s new Google Workspace tenant fully populated with everything that currently sits in our old mail and file platform. All core services—Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet and Chat—are already enabled; what’s missing is the smooth migration of our historical data and the DNS changes that will let us switch over without downtime or mail loss. Source platform details can be shared once we start, but in broad terms you will be moving: • Emails and their folders ‑- including contacts • Calendar events with reminders and attachments • Documents and files from the existing drive structure I will point the domain to the new MX and SPF/DKIM records as soon as you confirm they are ready, so please include that verification step in your plan. Use whichever Google-approved tools you prefer—Data Migration Service, GWMMO, GSMME or similar—as long as the end result is a 1-to-1 copy of our data and functioning accounts on the first login. Acceptance criteria: • All email, contact, file and calendar data visible in the corresponding Google Workspace apps, with timestamps and folder hierarchy intact. • Domain records propagate cleanly and new mail lands in Gmail only. • Meet and Chat work straight away after the MX cut-over. • A short hand-over note summarising what was done and how to roll back, if ever needed. Timelines are flexible within a week if that makes testing easier.
