hello sir I can put all those handwritten notes into the Excel template by hand. It should stay accurate enough and keep the wording along with the numbers in the same order they appear. Formatting will line up too, like the fonts and column widths. Number alignment matters as well. After I finish I will go back through the whole thing and check the totals plus any calculations that seem straightforward. Anything doubtful gets its own tab so it stays separate.
