Desarrollé una aplicación web en HTML que emplea Google Sheets como base de datos para llevar el inventario de medicamentos, suplementos y dispositivos médicos de una pequeña clínica. En ella trabajan dos enfermeras, dos recepcionistas, una auxiliar administrativa, la dirección asistencial y gerencia, cada uno con permisos distintos. Qué necesito ahora 1. Corregir las incongruencias que siguen apareciendo en el registro de inventario y la actualización de datos, de modo que la salida de stock, los ajustes y los reportes cuadren siempre con la hoja de cálculo. 2. Diseñar mejoras concretas: • Interfaz de usuario más intuitiva para personal sanitario y administrativo. • Nuevas funcionalidades que agilicen el día a día. • Integración más robusta con Google Sheets (posibles Apps Script, triggers o API) para evitar duplicados y errores. • Sincronización del inventario con compras y gastos de insumos. • Impresión y actualización automática de actas y reportes. 3. Prioridad inmediata: que el módulo de inventarios funcione al 100 %. Después, proponer una hoja de ruta para ampliar el sistema a talento humano, control de costos y otras áreas. 4. Presentar un plan claro de instalación, mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo y seguridad (back-ups, control de acceso, cifrado de la información, etc.). Entregables esperados • Código fuente depurado y documentado. • Documento de pruebas que demuestre la eliminación de las incongruencias. • Prototipo o mock-up de la nueva interfaz. • Informe de mejoras y plan de expansión con hitos y estimaciones. • Manual de instalación, mantenimiento y políticas de seguridad.
