Rebuild Sales Tracker in Sheets

I have an Excel-based Sales Enquiry Tracker that I now need running seamlessly in Google Sheets. All of the current formulas, lookups and revenue calculations have to come across intact—and where possible become even more efficient—so that totals, conversion ratios and pipeline values refresh automatically each time new data appears. The sheet will not be populated manually; instead I will be importing a fresh CSV export from our CRM each day. Please structure the file so that this import can overwrite or append to a dedicated raw-data tab while every other sheet pulls its numbers from there without breaking references. If you know a smarter way to handle this import (Apps Script, IMPORTRANGE, add-ons, etc.) let me know; the goal is “drop in the file, see the numbers update”. Visual polish matters too. I rely on conditional formatting to flag hot enquiries, overdue follow-ups and deals at risk, so colour rules that mirror (or improve upon) my existing workbook are essential. Because access is limited to me alone, the file must be fully functional without any shared-drive dependencies: protect formulas and hide back-end sheets, but no advanced permission schemes are required. Deliverables: • A Google Sheets workbook ready for one-click data import • All automated calculations and existing logic replicated or improved • Conditional formatting rules that clearly signal status and urgency • A brief note or Loom video showing the import workflow and any custom script locations Once everything is in place I’ll run a live import to confirm that figures, flags and summaries update exactly as expected—after that we’re done.
