Here’s what I need from you: • Concept development that translates my vision into a cohesive look and feel, supported by mood boards and reference imagery • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts that optimise flow for both executive work and discreet, high-level meetings • 3D visualisations or photorealistic renders that clearly communicate material selections, colour schemes, and modern detailing in the meeting rooms • A detailed specification sheet covering furniture, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, and décor items—sourced, priced, and ready to order • Guidance on installing integrated lighting and technology so the space stays uncluttered yet fully functional Final hand-off should include editable source files (CAD, SketchUp, or Revit plus accompanying PDFs), all high-resolution renders, and the complete specification package.
