Attached is one of our graphics that we want this project modeled after.
We want to use the same colors as seen in the attached file to create a background with hearts. This will be for a wedding fashion website.
We are going to want the final files in about 2 forms.

Both should be light weight and will be used as a background image for the website.
We would like to see mock ups and will choose a provider based on graphic ability as well as their rating status.
