40831 Original Graphics Needed

Hi, I'm writing a book whose title is "Why Not [something] / Just Playing Devil's Advocate." If it would help you conceptualize, let's pretend the title will be "Why Not Do Drugs? / Just Playing Devil's Advocate" (though that isn't the real title). For the cover I need an original "Devil's Advocate" graphic and for the inside of the book I need a smaller version. For an idea of what I'm talking about, check out any of the popular "For Dummies" books, like BitTorrent For Dummies, or whatever. On the front cover is a Nerd guy with a "word balloon" over his head. My "devil's advocate" character should be similar in affect to the Nerd guy. I use Paint Shop Pro 7, so please make it so I can edit the graphic using PSP. For the cover image, the dimensions should be about 3 inches by 3 inches or 4 inches by inches at 300 DPI. The character has to have a "word balloon" over his or her head so that I can fill it in with my own text. For the inside image, the dimensions should be about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch at 300 DPI. The version for the cover can be in color and the version for the inside must be black and white. Please keep the colors sparse and simple like the "Dummies Books" to keep printing costs down. When you bid on this, please just describe in words your idea, don't go to the trouble of making a mockup. I'll select the winning bidder from the text description. In your description please also describe the whole cover in words. I'll give an example (I'm describing the Nerd guy and the BitTorrent For Dummies book in this example): The "Nerd Guy" has a triangular face, sort of shaped like the uniform insignia on the old Star Trek show, with the sharp point pointing downwards. He's wearing huge round glasses and has spiky black hair. The top 1/2 of the cover is mostly black, with the words "BitTorrent For Dummies" in white text and yellow text. The rest of the cover below that is solid yellow. The Nerd Guy is at the bottom right of the cover, with words to the left of him. Yellow has been omitted from his face and arm, leaving his skin solid white. That's an example of what I'm looking for from bidders (in addition to the dollar amount you will charge). Then the winning bidder can produce the actual graphic per the above specs. Please allow for one minor Re-Do in your bid. Make this an original idea of yours, don't copy or plagiarize anybody.
