I am working on a company calendar that needs to be completed ASAP. This is a 2006 calendar for a construction company and I already have the design and the graphics/text to be used for the calendar but I need someone who is familiar with getting files ready and prepared for printing. I have all the instructions from the printer but I need someone who can take my files and make them printing-friendly. The final file will be in a PDF format (that's what the printer requests).
You must be VERY responsible and ready to work on this project within approx. one week (I am currently waiting on a final photo for the calendar). For someone who knows printing, this should be simple, straightforward job. The calendar will be handed to you practically DONE. I also have a calendar template we can use from the printing company.
The main thing is I need someone who REALLY knows what they're doing. I am running short on time for getting this done.
If you do this job well, this could turn into more regular work. I am always in need of help with our newsletters, flyers, ads, etc.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
