I am looking for 5 uncoded general, versatile web site templates. Each site is One page. A 100% Unique design, in .psd or .png. These templates must be "white label" meaning they will never be used again AND you cannot take credit for them or use them in any portfolio. I need more than one person, and I am looking for someone to use on a permanent basis. I will need them coded, but only after the client approves them. It is not necessary for you to take this part of the project, but if you are interested, please mention this in your bid. The coding requirements are as follows: Static coded page delivered with orignal source files in PSD and PNG. Page style will be CSS Based and fully validated with W3C Standards. In your bid, please include the following: Timeframe Previous work Interested in future work? Interested in coding? If so, how much? (not mandatory) How many major revisions are you willing to do if client doesn't like them? How many small changes? Thank You.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
