Need 4 Flash banners and 4 GIF banners - QUICK!

Hello, I would like to ask you if you have a PSD for all 4 required sizes or only 1 PSD that needs to be resized to all 4 sizes.. Also if possible please send me screenshot from the PSD layout alongwith some brief to help me understand the animation .. thank you

Hi there! I am a qualified Graphic designer. I see that you need 4 flash banners and 4 gif banners designed and that you have the designs, just need them animated in flash and gifs. I have done similar projects and therefore confident that I can do a good job designing this banner. You will get revisions in the design till you are fully satisfied with the design. I'll give the workfile(psd) with each element in a separate layer and also each layer appropriately named. I mean good and neat work, well organized and on time.
