Web Header/Banner Graphic Redesign/ReDraw

Dear all, i am looking for a graphic artist to redraw the

following banner/website header image:

the requirements are:

- completely different set of family figures with

wheelchair and pet

cute japanese style cartoon characters

- similar color tone and feeling

- different tree shape/position

- different cloud shape/position

- leave similar space in pic as in the sample

- the designer will provide the final AI/PSD

- some difference in sun

- we can provide some PSD and AI file

- other creativity welcomed.
