Restaurant Menus and Logo

I need a revised menu design for my restaurant. The restuarant is a middle eastern restaurant. I want the new menu to be chic and eye catching and modern. I want it to communicate well with younger and older generations. I want the menu to have an appearance that this is a chain of restaurants in the area although we are only one location. Our colors are red for the logo and white and green although i am open to different color combinations but the logo must remain red and there must be green present in the menu. I want it simple with a section for appetizers, soups and salads, entrees, & sandwiches. Also on the back would be location information and desserts and drinks. This should be made with Adobe suites such as indesign etc. so that I have the ability to customize and change prices in the future if needed. I want to grow the business through this menu so it is very important to me that it be a beautiful professional menu.

please see these two menus and pay attention to them especially the one from zankou chicken as they serve almost the same products we do.
I also will need a catering menu to go along with this menu which will be very easy to make once the main menu is done.
