Need 2 ebook covers designed + formatting Word into PDF, .mobi & EPUB

Hello, I will be publishing 2 ebooks this month and am looking for someone who can create a cover a front cover for each book, as well as a back cover that will be used for both book. I will be publishing them ebooks in PDF, .mobi and EPUB so the cover would need to be compatible with all formats. I will need to convert both books from Word to the 3 aforementioned formats so, although it's not a required skill for this project, anyone who can design the covers and convert the book into those formats will be given preference. Book Titles: RAM's Edge: From a 2.0 to the Ivy League Grad School Edition RAM's Edge: From a 2.0 to the Ivy League Undergrad Edition Main Tasks: My vision is to use the attached photographs for the cover. For the graduate school book I was thinking of cropping the photo with the blackboard in the background and placing the text (title + my name) on the right side of the cover. For the undergrad edition I was going to use one of the other pictures. I was planning on having separate covers for the books, but if you can create one awesome cover I am open to just switching out the text and using the same cover for both. For the back cover I plan on simply having a centered photo take up the top 2/3 of the page and the bottom third be a brief paragraph about the book. The only requirement I have is that you use the attached photos for the cover. In edition to designing the cover some minor photoshopping may be needed on the covers as my head/face looks too shiny in some of the pictures. Bonus Tasks: Convert the final Word documents in PDF, .mobi and EPUB. Timeline: Upon sending you the photos I would like to have the finished covers within 2-3 days at the very latest. I will have a final Word doc version of the books by Tuesday 9/17 and need to have them formatted by Friday 9/20. Other Info: The best way for me to get a sense of your vision and abilities is to send some mock-ups of what you think the covers should look like.
