autocad 2007 drawing of plans

Some person to draw plans up from a scaled drawing of plan layout of nightclub it has three different rooms and toilets entrance etc. The outline of premises is done the bars, seating, dancefloor, walls etc need to be added, we would like this to be in colour and in AutoCAD 2007. Ultimately it will end up as a 3d model for clients to see exactly what they are getting.
