We're looking to get an 6-12 page booklet designed. I have the content stored in a word doc. We just need it to be visually appealing.
So here's a basic run down/recap of what we need.
1. A one page title page. Since it's commercial real estate, whatever you can do to make it look cool with stock photos of aparments or whatever. I'm not picky as long as it looks good. It only needs to say "Freedom Management Sytems" and "Your Turn Around Specialists"... that's all. The rest will be all visuals.
2. 6-12 content pages. It's up to the designed exactly how many we need. I'll send you the content that will be copy and pasted into the pages. There are some long sections that will be a whole page and there are some other shorter pages that will have to be grouped together. Depending on how you group them will determine how many actual pages it produces. Either the last page should be a stand alone contact page (likely) or if you can fit, contact information can go on every page (not so likely).
3. Lots of stock/cool looking photos. You can include whatever you think makes sense for that section of the material and also looks good. Although we do have some custom files that must be included. To be honest, as long as the pictures look good and they fit wih the content, the more the merrier. I have tons of stock photos for consideration so whatever works.
We want the package to be very visually stimulating so that it soft of validates us in the minds of some of these people. Pictures of apartment buildings, deals by doing and general business looking materials are all good in my books. I want these handouts to be similar to what a realtor would give out. They generally have very little content and a whole lot of pictures and visually appealing stuff. We obviously have more content but I definitely like having a whole lot of visual appeal.
Samples of previous work are greatly appreciated as well as the timeline and budget required for the project.
