We have 2 forms (Quote and Invoice) in Corel and PDF formats (see attachment).
We need you to create a Receipt form, which is very similar to the invoice form. Additionally, we need a few very small changes on the Quote and Invoice forms. See [url removed, login to view] in the attachment.
I am not sure how exactly this should be done but it looks like you need to edit the attached sources in Corel Draw and then convert to PDF.
