Need 2 flash images, or 1 flash file, and 1 regular image that is better than the one attached. This bid is for completing 2 files that will be combined to produce a similiar image as what is attached. The top and bottom of the image is what is needed. The middle content will change and be supplied by me. Attached is an image that I need to operate as a flash banner. At the bottom of the image is a title in white, and 2 small messages in red. What I need is the very bottom of the image to be written in flash: roughly: 350width by 35 height. * The title in white needs to be set through a parameter or reading a text file, as it will change. * The two red images are http:// urls and need to be set through a parameter or by reading a file. (please be creative for this bottom portion) The top portion that reads: FEATURED MUD needs to be designed 'better' as a graphic, or redesigned in flash animation. No links or actions will be performed on the top. The middle of the image (what is in black) is supplied by myself. Your work will be used as the top part and bottom part of the attached image.
