Make simple gif files with jpeg images.

I have 20 jpegs that I would like to add some basic animation in gif format. Simple animations include a man's hand waving, eyebrow moving up and down, head nodding, finger tapping, eyes blinking, bird's wings flapping up and down etc. Drowsy+Emperor+Logo - Wing flaps upwards anticlockwise to the top and then go back to normal. Beak also opens and closes at the same time. Animated Anecdotes - hand writing, eyebrow going up and down, woman's head looking up and down AnimatedAnecdotesPostmaster - sorting mail, hand going in and out of pigeon hole Birth of the Bunny tapping his finger, man chewing. piece of carrot dropping. Naughty boy - kid playing with the stick in the water. Water moving. Uncle Walt - rabbit and mickey mouse waving. Man in middle can be tapping his head with one finger. Legend of Little Bastard - man bottom left, stretch his top. Man on right blinking. Excellent Exeprts - Man's hand is obscured by book, then pull out an exceprt of the book, then shining lines appear. Why Writers Write - nodding and blinking George Orwell - nodding and blinking Harold pinter-Head tilts. Bottom right - man with hat baton moves up and down and mouth moves.
