Property Company Logo Design

Hi,

I am starting up a property Company in Australia called RAL Projects and am looking for someone to come up with the logo for me. I have done up a basic version of the logo as a guide that I can provide to show the direction that I would like it to go in.

Only looking for two final versions - The Logo itself and the company name including the logo.

I would also like it to be provided in a format that is editable in Photoshop (ie. for colour variations etc..
