Quick simple vectorised EPS format document needs to be made

We need a simple 300dpi vectorised EPS file to be created. Its just a url and phone number. The URL will be (example only) [login to view URL] the xxx will need to be in a similar font and colour that we will show you if you win the bid. the 2nd line will be Phone: 1234567890 All font will be in black colour apart from the "xxx" which will be in green with black border. Our budget for this work is USD $10 as it should be simple and quick. the attached file has the letters we need. they are shown as BBK on the file. The final wording will be given to you after you have won the bid. We need this completed today.
