Transparent Versions of Google, Bing, Amazon... Logos Needed

We need perfectly transparent versions of the following logos:
google images
google videos
google maps
google news
google shopping/product search (without beta tag)
bing
amazon
ebay

There can't be any white space left over, and they must look clean with any background color applied to them.
The image dimensions have to be 322x113, but the logo themselves don't have to be that size (you can fill around it with transparent space). Take a look at the attached google logo ([url removed, login to view]) for an example of the size of the actual logo.
For bing, amazon, ebay, and [url removed, login to view], we also need 16x16 favicons for each. Take a look at the attached google favicon ([url removed, login to view]).
We will most likely have more logos for the winner in the near future.
We also need a smaller version of all logos. The smaller version can be no more than 100px wide or 30px in height. See attached image google-small.gif for an example.
To have a better chance at being selected for this project, please provide 1 sample transparent logo. Thanks.
