Vector Artist Needed

I need someone who is artistically very creative and is proficient in either Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator.
What I need is vector art for t-shirts. I have a few ideas for cool t-shirts and will need the input from an artist to make it more appealing. In general, I would provide you with a phrase and would need you to create an art that supplements that phrase. It should be something very simple and not complicated so it doesn’t take too much of your time, because the budget is not high.
For example, let’s say I have this phrase:
Sex is not the answer. Sex is the question. "Yes" is the answer.
And I want to put it on a t-shirt. But if I put it as just a plain text it will look boring. So I will need to have it somehow arranged so it looks pretty cool, or maybe even some additional art added to it to complement the text. If you think you can do it for a decent price, I could have a lot of work for you…
