Looking for a website similar to mybuilder or ratedpeople or myhammer

must be easy to use both for the admin (myself) and for people / companies using site, and pleasing to the eye, not too much information

I have a company logo, but need advice on webspace etc

looking to run paypal integrated,

possible iphone application of a simple version

must be search engine friendly and optimized

would like the listings to show on the search engines like ebay does

this is a reverse auction quote type, I have the categories I wish to add they include the same as myhammer etc and more,

also part of the site I require to be the opposite with a normal forward auction type / classified ad / make offer interface for selling investment properties, this should be able to be linked on another (different) domain name if needed unless it cant be done

customers should be able to print off receipts and job invoices etc

site should be able to text/email clients of new work that applies to them (the category they chose) in a chosen radius of themselves ie: 5 mile, 10 mile, 15 mile, 30 mile, 60 mile, 100 mile and national / international
